Gender, Racial, and Ethical Justice

As a catalyst in the community of nonprofits we strive to position our organization as well as the nonprofit community we serve to confront barriers that keep individuals from reaching their potential.  We work to end inequality of race, gender, class, disability, or ethnic identity by encouraging conversations, and providing resources, that cultivate opportunities for all.

Our Strategy for Change Includes:
  • Incorporate in our overall organization’s objectives a positioning to confront barriers that keep individuals from reaching their potential by encouraging conversations, and providing resources, that cultivate an awareness of race, class, and gender inequality.
  • Deliver studies, policy samples, and opportunities on our website to educate and enlighten the community of nonprofits.
  • Launching conversations with staff, volunteers, and board members in our organization and beyond to cultivate awareness and confront inequality in our community.
  • Identify opportunities to ensure our organization understands barriers and pursues the necessary change, so that all individuals within our influence, reach their potential regardless of their race, gender, class, disability, or ethnic identity.
